Orders & Delivery
Orders Shipped using the Postal Service:
Postal services the world over appear to be operating in super snail mail mode as a result of the number of flight cancellations due to staffing problems and the wars going on, compounded by extreme weather conditions and budget cuts.
They are currently taking an average 2months to arrive to the US and 3 weeks to the EU & UK. These are estimates only, some arrive faster and others a bit slower.
We can only hope that the postal system improves their mailing times in the near future.
You may cancel your order, or change your order up until the order status has been changed to “Processing”. Just send us an email requesting cancellation and we will cancel the order, or make any adjustments to it you wish.
Yes. Orders are limited to a MAXIMUM value of $500 (US $’s)(excluding shipping).
No. Prescription medications cannot be returned.
In due course you will receive a form letter from customs notifying you that your order has been seized, giving you the option to forfeit or challenge the seizure.
It is advisable to forfeit the order.
If you provide us with proof of the seizure in the form of the letter customs sends then we will reship the order at 50% cost of goods + shipping, and we will take on the other 50% ourselves.
Please check your mailbox SPAM folder as occasionally our emails to you will wind up in there. This appears to be most common with Gmail accounts, where you might need to whitelist our email address to prevent the problem from happening continuously.
Shipping
Currently we only have one available shipping method;
Regular Air Mail without a tracking number but proof of mailing for piece of mind that your order is in the mail. This is the only way to guaranty that a signature will not be required upon delivery.
We have had to do away with mailing using tracking numbers for multiple reasons;
This is a massive security risk and chance we have been tacking on our end and the benefit no longer out weighs the risk, as the tracking does not work globally, it stops updating after leaving our country.
On top of that it adds extra scrutiny to the packages and have found that our only seizures come from items with a tracking number and so by sending all orders without tracking they now have an even better chance of making it to their destination.
Yes, orders can be address to a P.O. Box address, but only using regular Air Mail shipping.
The cost for orders shipped by Airmail is calculated at US$10 for the first US$100 value of your cart, and pro-rata for any amount over US$100.
For any order value above $300 we will split into 2 packages to lessen the loss in the event of a seizure. We will upon request mail your order in one package, lessening the cost of shipping, however this will be at your risk, waiving the option of a reship discount in the event of a seizure.
We ship all our medications worldwide with a few exceptions.
If unsure if we mail to your country, write to us using the ‘Contact Us’ page, ask and we will be happy to let you know.
Importation of prescription medication is allowed in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. If you are in doubt regarding the situation of importing prescription medications to your country, please check with your local customs office.
Depending on where the product is sourced, we ship from Namibia, Botswana, South Africa & Mauritius.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and many more.

When you choose to pay by card, you’ll be redirected to a trusted third-party payment provider to complete your purchase. You’ll need to create an account with the provider and enter your card details there. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be returned to our site and your order will be processed automatically. This method ensures secure, encrypted transactions for both you and us.
Card-to-crypto payment processing requires a licensed third-party provider to handle the conversion. This is a legal and regulatory requirement. These providers are obligated to verify users in order to process card payments. It’s a one-time process, and once you’re set up, future purchases will be quicker.
If you already hold cryptocurrency, this is the simplest option. At checkout, select your preferred cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. A unique wallet address and QR code are generated for your transaction. Send the exact amount from your wallet, and once confirmed on the blockchain, your order processes automatically, no sign-ups required.
We support over 200 cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments, including Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), BNB, XRP and many others.
Yes. Card payments are handled by licensed, regulated third-party providers with full encryption and fraud prevention. Crypto payments are secured by blockchain technology with unique wallet addresses generated per transaction.
All card payments are final and non-reversible. For crypto payments, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have issues with your order.
For card payments, ensure your card supports international or online transactions and that your details are entered correctly on the payment providers platform. For crypto payments, make sure you sent the exact amount to the correct wallet address on the correct network. Contact us if you need further help.

No. We don’t require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.
