Shipping & Delivery
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
- The South African Government (Customs Department) no longer allows parcels with medicine to be returned to South Africa. If your parcel is refused entry into your country for whatever reason, resulting in it being returned to sender, we will not be able to get it back. Instead it will be destroyed upon its arrival in South Africa by the SA Customs.
- There is NO REFUND for goods refused entry, seized, confiscated or destroyed by Customs. By continuing to place an order on this website you are agreeing to bear all the financial risks associated with non-receipt of your parcel due to Customs action in your country. Forewarned is forearmed! (If a LL from customs is received we will offer a reship in line with the terms in our T’s&C’s)
- The SA Post Office does not offer comprehensive International Parcel tracking. Please see “Tracking Parcels Sent via Post Office” below. If your parcel is refused entry by Customs authorities in your country, you won’t know about it until you receive a LL from them.
- The SA Post Office is currently not shipping to Australia, Germany, Malta, Spain, Chile, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia.

Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For addresses in more remote locations, please add additional time for delivery.
Depending on where the product is sourced, we ship from Namibia, Botswana, South Africa & Mauritius. We deliver to all the above locations via EMS and the Post Office ( Airmail). Post Office delivery to the USA, Canada and the UK sometimes takes a very long time to deliver in those countries.
Post Office Airmail
This option is for postage via the Post Office. Parcel posted via the Post Office will normally take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. Parcels may take much longer to arrive due to the effects of the festive season, public holidays, industrial strike action or extreme weather conditions. Use this delivery option if you are not in a terrible hurry to receive your order because lengthy delivery delays are not uncommon, sometimes for no apparent reason. Having said that, the Post Office has 99% delivery success rate (if not stopped by customs). Please bear this in mind when selecting a delivery option for your order.
Tracking Parcels sent via the Post Office
The South African Post Office does not offer comprehensive International Parcel Tracking. Parcels can only be tracked up to the point of exiting South Africa. The next update you may get is only when it reaches your local sorting center, after it has made it past customs and has traveled to that location. Most often the tracking does not update again and the package will just arrive without having given any further updates.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the Post Office, we have no way of trying to expedite its movement through the postal system.
Please be guided accordingly!
No More Tracking Numbers After 1 May 23
We have had to do away with mailing using tracking numbers for multiple reasons; This is a massive security risk and chance we have been tacking on our end and the benefit no longer out weighs the risk, as the tracking does not work globally, it stops updating after leaving our country. On top of that it adds extra scrutiny to the packages and have found that our only seizures come from items with a tracking number and so by sending all orders without tracking they now have an even better chance of making it to their destination.
Postage and Handling Charges
The correct delivery fee will be calculated at checkout. This cost will be based on a combination of factors such as number of items in the shopping cart (quantity), weight, delivery option selected and delivery destination.
For any order valued above $300 we will split into 2 packages to lessen the loss in the event of a seizure. We will upon request mail your order in one package, lessening the cost of shipping, however this will be at your risk, waiving the option of a reship discount in the event of a seizure.
